As the owner of Lockwood Development, Chip launched the construction division with a clear mission: to bring the same core values that drive success in development—quality, integrity, and value—into every construction project.

Since the company’s founding, Bryan Yannone has led the Lockwood Construction team alongside Chip, sharing a unified vision and passion for high construction standards. Together, they have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional projects across the Midwest.
